MX records decide where email for your domain should be delivered. They are one of the most important DNS records for business email.
Examples
If your email is hosted in cPanel, your MX record usually points to your hosting server. If you use Microsoft 365, it points to Microsoft. If you use Google Workspace, it points to Google.

- Leaving old cPanel MX records after moving to Microsoft 365.
- Pointing MX records to the website IP instead of the mail provider.
- Mixing Google and Microsoft MX records.
